Cécile Aubert-Macarez

A graduate of the Paul Bocuse Institute, I have been organizing receptions at Château La Couspaude Saint Emilion Grand Cru Classé, a family property, since 1997.

My passion for wine and wine making comes from my family, winemakers in the Bordeaux region since the 17th century. It has led me to create my very own vineyard in 2015.

The quality of the terroir, the rigor of my university education and my passion for winemaking have made Château Lalande de Gravet a rising star in Saint Emilion.
